| We have no illusions about the challenges we as a species living on this delicate planet and eco-system face in terms of survival. Some deny those challenges all together, others are optimistic and still others warn that we are near "the point of no return". This article discusses an author and increasingly promimant scientist that is convinced that it is already "too late" and further, that efforts to turn the tide or literally save life on the planet as we know it are pure folly. We hope you will read this thought provoking article and let us know what you think. Our take is that indeed it ...may be ..."too late" but whatever the case we choose to be proactive in as scientific and even spiritual a way as possible to indeed "turn the tide" in favor of survival, if only as one way to "give back", to show respect for, and give thanks to this marvelous planet that sustains us all...for now. As they say, "nobody get´s out alive", so why not live as positively, as optimistically, and proactively as we can in the meantime?
