This is the page you were probably looking for if you were going through our website and getting
excited about all the possibilities until you realized that you have no background, or maybe just a
limited background, in the kind of projects we are in the process of developing.

Perhaps you speak fluent University level Spanish but have spent little or no time in Latin America
or more specifically Mexico and more specifically yet...the Yucatán? Perhaps you speak not a word or
your Spanish is "rusty" or, "a work in progress". Not to worry, but if you are serious at all, do not put
off any longer learning or polishing at least the basics starting with learning to count so you can buy
groceries and bus tickets and such. There WILL BE A QUIZ and its called your life and when you get
to Mexico there will be no rehearsals. Come on! You can do it!!!!!!!!!!

OK. You have the issues above to deal with at some level or another, or perhaps instead, you have
everything you need including education, language (including a little Mayan?) skills, motivation,
capital and... experience in the Yucatán... but you just want to invest and let your money do the
work while you get on with your life "on the other side", or here on the beach, at the ruins, in the
museums, and learning to dance Salsa till you drop, in the meantime or for now the foreseeable
future? In either case we can help!

Whatever your background and whether you have $5000.00 or $5,000,000.00 dollars to invest, we
can help you design, develop, and manage a program, project, or investment to suit your
requirements. It will, in most but not necessarily all cases, need to include one or more of the types
of development or "
income strategies" that we cover on the website for us to participate although we
are always open to discussing additional alternatives.

If you want to invest in our project, that is a possibility. If you, for a limited time, want to literally
buy and own outright a "piece" of our project, we have 37 hectares available. We also will subdivide
and sell outright, again, for a limited time, up to six building parcels of approximately 1200m2 to
2400m2 in size.

We have the land, the knowledge, the experience, and the infrastructure started or already in place
and functioning. You, the investor, will invest what you will, help us plan what you want us to do
with and for you and then (unless you purchase the 37 HAS and probably then too in any case) you
will step back and let us do all the work for you under (or not) your watchful and (we are pretty
sure!) appreciative eye. That´s what we call a "Co-Management Venture" or "CMV".

A "CMV" is very similar to a Joint Venture "JV" in many ways except that we have already spent the
capital, made thousands of dollars in improvements, done thousands of hours of hot, heavy, hard
work as well as taken on and fairly well mastered a very steep learning curve far beyond the skills
and experience we brought to this endeavor. Our "Capital" is therefore a unique mix of cash PLUS
initiative, vision, education, experience and...an invaluable cultural and linguistic fluency that in
total, very few Mexicans have and even fewer foreigners will have or gain in a lifetime.

In short, you can do a JV, including with Sam your neighbor, your poker buddy Walter, or a
co-worker in L.A. or Chicago. You can do a JV with your uncle George from Iowa, a farmer now for
45 years. Or how about your high school buddy Chris who has been a masonry contractor in Alaska
for 25 years and  speaks "a little Spanish"? Or your fellow Harvard Medical School grads who you
share a 7-figure practice with in New York or Houston? Even if you do a JV with a Mexican person
that you trust, you will never have the complete security or confidence with any of the above
permutations, as you will with us quite frankly, because you will still have to be able to manage so
many variables that will be, by definition, out of your control in any case. Communication and
clarity of purpose, especially from a distance, is as important as the capital that you are considering
putting to work for you in a distant land. That is where you will go with a Joint Venture of any
flavor or with as many stripes and colors of the rainbow...........

But with the CMV? You will have a unique combination of skills and talents that only a Mexican
person cloned with an American person will have to offer, first and foremost culturally and
linguistically. On the American/Canadian/European side, we can offer you an understanding,
insights, communication skills, and a vocabulary that will fit your own personal experience, world
view, education, and socio-economic level. We can actually do the same for any Latin American as
well since half of "us" is a Mexican citizen with years of experience in a wide variety of professions
and,at least as or even more importantly, a natural and proven talent to work with and manage
people and finances in Mexico.

If you take the time, and we will only work with you if you do, our projects and their returns on
investments plus environmental and social value...speak for themselves. If we were not already at
least somewhat on the "same page" you probably would not be reading this. We will however, be
happy to explain and elaborate for you any doubts or questions you will inevitably have, but please
try to get the "basics" covered on your own to the extent you can and then let us jump in to help with
the almost inexhaustible resources we have at our...and now your... disposal.

What we want to address here however, is whether you, as an "outsider" with or without myriad
skills, talents, interests, and experience can nevertheless safely and securely invest in a project,
make a very serious profit without doing damage to the planet and, at the same time, do a lot of good
for a lot of people who will not only gain employment opportunities for themselves and their families
but will, as a result, be able to afford to stay in and contribute to the communities that they grew up
in, with the people they love and depend upon. The answer is an unequivocal "YES!"

The two major choices you will need to make therefore and at this point are between investing (your
money, your time, your efforts...your self...in some combination of your choice) directly in our
current project or... whether you will opt to buy and start your own project (Larger than our 37 HAS
on offer) with or without our humble assistance. To help you start considering the latter option, I
would highly recommend that you have a look at our page entitled "
Doing Your Own Project". Our
aim was not to discourage, "rain on anybody´s parade", or dash anyone´s hopes or dreams. On the
other hand, we feel that if we can save someone else from suffering or stumbling through the
learning curves we, our friends, clients, and colleagues have, then pull out the stops and let the
truth set ye free!. A hint: Read the whole piece. If you stop half or two-thirds through you may need
grief counseling or treatment for PTSD or Depression for the loss of your dreams. OK. Yes, there is a
"Happy ending" if you really must know!

The choices: Work with us on our current project on a smaller but low-risk, physically and mentally
easy level while gaining profits commensurate with your investment but in all likelihood far beyond
your ...or your stateside investment counselor´s ...wildest dreams.

We are surely not the "only game in town" but for all of the reasons stated and many more we have
not as yet had time for, you will do well to consider very seriously what we have said before jumping
or diving into Latin America in general and Mexico and the Yucatán in particular. And that is true
and despite the fact that this is the safest most secure place, bar none, including the States, Canada,
Europe, Asia, and Central and South America) we have been in over the past 35 years of traveling,
living, and working abroad.

Whatever your previous experience, know that it will help you at some level but in most cases not
nearly enough to make your unassisted (or under assisted) project succeed., especially if you are on a
budget. Even our millionaire clients operate on a budget of course. That´s how they became and/or
remain millionaires in the first place in most cases!

The second choice is buy your own but have us assist in the development and ongoing management
through marketing. We, for example, have three properties listed on our sister site
www.YucatanRanchFarmandHome.com which are adjacent to our project and those of course would
be ideal locations to expand what we are already doing onto your very own plantation/ranch/farm
operation. The properties, FYI, vary in size fro 99 acres (Rancho Sombra) to 334 Acres (Rancho Roca)
to 1100 Acres on Rancho Pedrigal.

Rancho Pedrigal, at 1100 acres, has even more opportunities than we are pursuing on our land and
projects but we are definitely up and equipped for an expanded program if you are? These additional
or alternative projects  might include all or most of our projects plus an eco-touristic and/or Health
Spa (Google Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires and/or Tucson,AZ) development with or without an
equestrian flavor to it. Additionally, one could subdivide just 20 five acre "ranchitos" for a medium to
high end planned community, pay off the initial investment 2-3 times and still have 1000 of the
original 1100 acres free to use as one sees fit, hopefully with our project as a model but hey, it´s
you´re rancho so sky´s the limit!

By the way, it was our idea so we want to include a suggestion and selling point for the
aforementioned projects and ranchos. With Pedrigal (1100 acres) in particular, we would suggest
that buyers of ranchitos and/or Spa guests have recreational access to approximately 90% of the
property. Pedrigal already has literally miles of well kept trails and access roads but more could be
included with a well designed master plan. Know also that if we are involved in the sale and
development of Pedrigal, or the other properties adjacent to ours, we will make up to 95% of our own
project lands (250+ acres) available to neighboring owners and their guests for recreational purposes
as well.
